SGU's Richey Named SAC Men's Player Of The Week

Fayzon Richey of St. Gregory's claimed his second straight Sooner Athletic Conference Player of the Week honor, this time for Nov. 19-25.

Richey, a 6-3 senior guard from El Reno, established the career scoring record at SGU and averaged 23.3 points and 12.3 rebounds to lead the Cavaliers to victories over East Central, No. 17 Texas Wesleyan and Baker. He passed Patrick Jones' 1793 points and eclipsed the 1800 mark.

Richey also averaged four assists and two steals, while also blocking one shot on the week.
