A fight among two sisters over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend ends with one of them behind bars.

Police arrested 43-year-old Yolanda Nubine on complaints of assault and battery on a police officer.

It all started when police responded to a disturbance call at 6025 N.W. 10th Street on Friday, November 23. When officers arrived, they heard the two women arguing. According to the police report, Nubine arrived at her sister's apartment on November 21 for the holiday. However, the sister told police she had tried to get Nubine to leave her apartment ever since she arrived. Nubine did not live at the apartment. Police told Nubine to gather her things.

The report shows Nubine got up off the couch to go upstairs. As she went upstairs she said her sister was "only kicking her out because she is jealous and because she has always been the beautiful and sexy one."

As police began to escort Nubine out of the apartment, the report shows she allegedly punched the officer twice in the head. The officer suffered a swollen lip and bloody nose. After police handcuffed her and placed her into the police car, she then allegedly tried to kick out the window of the car. Police were forced to restrain her with a leg strap.

Nubine was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail.
