The teenage victim was seated in her car in her driveway on November 15 when a car pulled up behind her and blocked her in. A man got out of the car and asked her for directions.

While the girl's window was rolled down, the man reached in and tased her with a stun gun more than a dozen times. The victim honked her horn and yelled for help.

A neighbor rushed to her rescue, even jumping in the victim's car and chasing the suspects for several miles.

Using descriptions from the victim and the neighbor, police tracked down the suspects. Freeman is currently being held on a $45,000 bond. Cooper and Sapp are each being held on $90,000 bonds.
