Firefighters Battle Controlled Burn That Got Out Of Control In Edmond

Crews contain a grass fire that started in Edmond after a controlled burn became out of control.

Bob Mills SkyNews 9 saw the fire burning while heading to another story. The grassfire was burning near May Avenue and W. Simmons Road. No structures were in danger.

Firefighters from Deer Creek, Oak Cliff and Cashion fought to put out the blaze. Crews had it under control by 2:30 p.m.
