A group of Oklahomans are hoping to make the holidays brighter for some metro children.

The Retired Police Officers Association is gathering toys for the "Toys for Tots" program.

Last year, the association received around 500 toys to donate to needy children in Oklahoma, and they're hoping to get even more this year.

If you're interested in donating, you can drop off toys at the Fraternal Order of Police, at 1624 South Agnew.
