A judge has sentenced a Midwest City man accused of beating and shooting a probation officer.

Lester Kinchion was sentenced to two life sentences, plus 10 years, without parole all to run consecutively for the shooting death of 32-year-old Jeff McCoy.

Police say Kinchion killed McCoy on May 19 when the probation officer arrived at Kinchion's home to see his roommate for a probation and parole visit.
