Driver Causes Rollover Crash In SE OKC, Flees Scene

A driver accused of causing another vehicle to roll over in southeast Oklahoma City and fleeing the scene of the crash was arrested Saturday morning.

A driver accused of causing another vehicle to roll over in southeast Oklahoma City and fleeing the scene of the crash was arrested Saturday morning.

The rollover crash took place in the area of 74th Street and S. Harrah Road at about 9:30 a.m. Saturday.

Authorities say the victims of the crash refused treatment at the scene. However, the vehicle that caused the accident left the scene.

Deputies were able to stop that vehicle near Harrah Road and N.E. 10th Street in Harrah and take the driver into custody. Officials say that driver is facing charges from Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office, as well as possible charges from the Oklahoma City police.

The driver's identity has not been released.

Several agencies, including Oklahoma City police, Newalla Fire Department, Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office, and EMSA, were involved in the incident.
