Charges May Change Against Blanchard Man Accused Of Killing Pregnant Wife

Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater has confirmed police are looking at more evidence in the investigation of man accused of killing his pregnant wife.

Justin Adams is charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the death of his wife, Jaymie, and her unborn child. Jaymie Adams' body was found in January 2012 near a bike trail at Lake Stanley Draper.

Justin Adams told investigators he and his wife were "swingers," and Jaymie was a working prostitute. He said she went to meet clients the night she died. Prosecutors contend Justin killed his wife and dumped her body at the lake.

Justin Adams is out on bond while police continue to investigate. Prater told News 9 Tuesday he asked the Oklahoma City Police Department to pursue additional evidence in the case.

"We continue to allege that Justin Adams has culpability in the death of his wife," said Prater. "Charges will be amended to reflect the level of his suspected culpability."
