Pork Armadillo Eggs
1 LB. Hot Pork sausage
1 LB. Maple Pork sausage
1 LB. Sage Pork sausage
3-5 strips of bacon
Tony Chachere's (seasoned salt)
Mix all of the sausage up with the Tony's, salt and pepper and lay out flat cut the jalapenos in half and stuff with the cream cheese put the jalapenos in the sausage and completely cover them with the sausage mixture. Wrap it in bacon put it on a smoker at 250 degrees until it is 160 degrees internally slice and serve. I use Pecan wood to smoke.
