Wes Welker Goes One-On-One With Kelly Ogle

In honor of Super Bowl 48, here's a flash back to Kelly Ogle's interview with Wes Welker. During his interview, Welker was still a wideout with the New England Patriots. But just two months later he joined the Denver Broncos. 

He's an Oklahoma native who's beat all the odds. Colleges didn't want him and pro teams didn't draft him. Yet Wes Welker is one of the NFL's top receivers, a two-time super bowl participant, a pro bowler and now he can add record breaker to the list.

News 9's Kelly Ogle traveled to Boston to talk one-on-one with Welker. And this wasn't just about football. 

Besides talking about how he overcame obstacles to make it in the NFL, Welker told Kelly how married life is going, his special bond with Tom Brady and what he misses most about Oklahoma.
