Police Officer Involved In Crash In Southwest OKC

A police officer was involved in a crash in southwest Oklahoma City Monday night.

Emergency crews responded to the crash just after 7 p.m. Monday, in the 1400 block of S.W. 89th Street in Oklahoma City. According to police, the officer's patrol car rear-ended another vehicle.

Police stated it was the officer's fault, and said the officer was not headed to any emergency call at the time of the crash.

EMSA responded to the scene, but no one was transported to the hospital.
