Firefighters Knock Down Apartment Fire In Edmond

Edmond firefighters have knocked down an apartment fire.

It happened at The Sunset Ridge Apartments located at 930 S. Boulevard where at least four units were on fire. Firefighters contained the fire to one second-floor apartment and the second floor balcony. About seven other apartments were sustained damage from smoke and water.

Some residents were evacuated. No injuries are reported.

No word on what started the fire pending an investigation.
