Two Oklahoma City councilmen will have to win a runoff election in April to be re-elected.

Six challengers ran against Ward 7 councilman Skip Kelly in a special election Tuesday. Kelly is battling a felony DUI charge following his second drunk driving arrest in January 2012.

No one received a majority of votes in the Ward 7 race, so Kelly will face the second highest vote-getter, John Pettis, Jr. in the April 2 general election.

Incumbent Gary Marrs trailed James Greiner in Tuesday's election in Ward 1. Both candidates will face off again April 2.
