An Oklahoma City man was arrested on Friday for DUI and reckless driving with a one-year-old in his pickup.
Police say when they stopped 21-year-old Mateo Mendoza in southwest Oklahoma City, he smelled like marijuana, and was slurring his speech.
The officer also says someone in the truck threw Lortab pills out of the window.
Records show Mendoza doesn't have a valid Oklahoma driver's license.
Mendoza was taken to the Oklahoma County jail on charges of child endangerment, possession of CDS without prescription, DUI, driving without a valid state license, reckless driving, and driving under the influence of drugs.
