Deputies from the Canadian County Sheriff's Office arrested two brothers after one of them allegedly texted a picture of a man having sex with a young girl.

A Bethany resident contacted police after receiving a sexually explicit photo of a child. The resident said a man sent a text message asking to meet for sex. The man also sent a photograph showing an adult man having sex with a girl between the ages of 5 and 7. The resident became concerned and called police.

Bethany detectives investigated, then contacted Canadian County's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit when they discovered the pictures were sent from a cell phone belonging to a man in Mustang.

Deputies tracked the photos to Billy Jack Dilbeck, 25. On Monday, they executed a search warrant at a home belonging to him and his brother, Kenneth Dilbeck, 26.

Deputies discovered the child pornography had been sent from Billy Jack's phone. Billy Jack told investigators he pulled the pictures from the Internet and did not actually perform the sex acts.

During the search, police also found methamphetamines, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Deputies say during questioning, Kenneth Dilbeck admitted the drugs belonged to him.

"I wasn't surprised that we found drugs in the house," said Canadian County Sheriff Randal Edwards. "It seems to be the norm that where you find child pornography, you also find drugs. However, what does continue to amaze me is the number of arrests we continue to make for these types of horrific crimes against children."

Deputies arrested both men. Billy Jack Dilbeck was booked into the Canadian County jail on a complaint of publishing, distributing or participating in preparation of child pornography. He's being held on $100,000 bond.

Kenneth Dilbeck, Jr., was booked for intentional possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He's being held on a $5,500 bond.
