Police Arrest Man After Dog Killed In Drive-By Shooting In SE OKC

Police arrested a man who is accused in a drive-by shooting that killed a German shepherd in southeast Oklahoma City on March 2.

Jose Martinez has been arrested and taken to the Oklahoma County jail. He is facing charges of shooting with intent to kill and animal cruelty.

According to court documents, Martinez fired several rounds into a home in 1300 block of S.E. 42nd.

Bullets narrowly missed a man inside, but did hit and kill his dog.
