Neighbors Speak Out After Man Crashes SUV Into SW OKC Nail Salon

A quiet Oklahoma City nail salon erupted in chaos late Tuesday afternoon. A man driving a Chevy Tahoe plowed into the business shortly before 5 p.m.

One person was hospitalized and another was slightly injured. Police say initial indications are that the man was having problems with his brakes.

Witnesses say it appeared he was pressing on the gas pedal when he should have been on the brake.

Casey Beloat was working next door when it happened.

"It sounded like a bomb going off," she said.

Police haven't released the name of the man, who was taken to jail for other unrelated arrest warrants.
