A child saved his family early Saturday morning after warning them their house in southwest Oklahoma City was on fire.
Fire crews responded to the blaze just before 2 a.m. at a home, located in the 4900 block of Dimple Drive, which near S.E. 54th Street and Sunnylane in Oklahoma City.
Fire officials say the family of six, including four adults and two children, was sleeping, when one of the kids woke up and smelled smoke.
Crews on the scene reported that the garage was engulfed in flames.
Everyone made it out of the home safely. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
