A teenage girl was injured after being hit by a car in Midwest City Monday night. Authorities say the driver involved the crash fled the scene.

According to police, at about 6 p.m., a 14-year-old girl was hit by a car in the area of Woodside Dr. and S. Holly Dr. in Midwest City.

The driver involved in the crash has left the scene. Police have not released any details about the driver.
