Edmond Man Charged With Giving Tattoo To Underage Girl

An Edmond man is charged with giving a tattoo to an underage teenager.

The victim says she paid 32-year-old Ambrosia Thomas 20 dollars for a tattoo that says "YO-LO."

The father of one of the victims called police which led to his arrest.

On Monday, Thomas pleaded not guilty.
