Silver Alert Canceled; Missing Billings Man Found

Police have canceled a Silver Alert after a 51-year-old man who went missing Thursday night was found.

Everett Ruttan was last seen at 8 p.m. Thursday at the Billings Fairchild Center. He was wearing a red sweatshirt, blue sweatpants, blue t-shirts, and white tennis shoes.

Police say Ruttan was under proven medical or physical disability, and they believe he is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death.

Ruttan was not driving a vehicle. If you have any information, call 911 immediately.
