Bacon Cheese and Chive Muffins
2 cups self raising flour
1 cup sharp cheese grated cheese
1 cup Bar-S bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 TBSP fresh chives, chopped
2 TBSP sugar
2 TSP baking powder
1 egg
1 cup Braum's milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (200°C) and place muffin liners in each muffin cup. (to make your own make 6x6 squares of parchment paper!) Mix all ingredients gently in a large bowl until just blended together. Do not over stir or this will make the muffins chewy. Spoon into prepared muffin pan and bake for about 20 mins or golden brown.
