A small earthquake was recorded near the town of Edmond, Okla., Friday morning.
The quake happened around 11:18 a.m. Friday.
The 2.5 magnitude temblor rumbled about two miles northeast of Edmond, 15 miles northeast of the Oklahoma City metro area, art a depth of about one and a half miles.
No damage or injuries have been reported with this earthquake.
According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), quakes with magnitudes from 2.5 to 3 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans.
