Police: Suspicious Package At Southern Nazarene University Deemed Safe

A suspicious package found on the campus of Southern Nazarene University Sunday morning has been deemed safe. Authorities say the package turned out to be a tool box.

According to police, the suspicious package was found at Southern Nazarene University just before 10 a.m.

The area of N.W. 39th Expressway and Asbury Avenue was shut down for a while as authorities investigate the package.
