Police have arrested a 31-year-old man suspected of burglarizing a car and using a stolen credit card to shop at metro stores.

Police have arrested a 31-year-old man suspected of burglarizing a car and using a stolen credit card to shop at metro stores.

Dustin Bartgis was taken into custody Wednesday in the area of S.E. 29th Street and Post Road in Oklahoma City. The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office says Bartgis and 38-year-old Jena Holstein broke into a car in Harrah and stole credit cards they later used during shopping sprees.

Holstein was arrested April 12 in Midwest City.

Bartgis is being held in the Oklahoma County jail on multiple complaints, including burglary, credit card fraud and conspiracy to commit a felony.
