The public is invited to pay respects to Oklahoma City police officer Chad Peery during a viewing set for Thursday, April 18.

The viewing begins at 5 p.m. at Resthaven Funeral Home located at 500 S.W. 104th Street in Oklahoma City.

Peery's wake and funeral will not be open to the general public. The wake is scheduled for Friday, April 19 at 7:30 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church located at 925 S. Boulevard in Edmond. Peery's funeral also will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on Saturday, April 20 at 10 a.m.

Peery died on Monday from injuries he suffered in a car accident in Seminole County over the weekend.
