Police arrest a man suspected of driving drunk after he crashed his car and landed on top of a guardrail.
The crash happened around 1 a.m. Thursday at Interstate 40 and Garth Brooks Boulevard. Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say the man was driving eastbound on I-40 when one of his vehicle's wheels became caught on the bridge. The car flipped and landed on the guardrail.
Troopers say the driver had been drinking. He was arrested at the scene.
