Silver Alert Canceled For Missing Warr Acres Man

The Warr Acres Police Department has canceled a Silver Alert for an 86-year-old man who briefly went missing Saturday afternoon.

Causby Strong disappeared around 1 p.m. Saturday in the 5700 block of N.W. 62nd Street. It was thought he may have taken a car and tried to see his hospitalized wife.

Police say Strong has Alzheimer's, and his family was worried about his safety.

Strong was located, unharmed, about an hour later.
