Several Oklahoma communities are cleaning up from tornadoes. And an army of volunteers showed up in the Carney community to help out on Saturday.
Some 500 people spent their Saturday cleaning debris and helping people get back on their feet. A total of 34 homes in Carney, Meeker and Prague were destroyed by a tornado last Sunday.
"There's been a major inflow of people, a major inflow of supplies," said volunteer Brian Moody. "Like I said earlier, it's not that this area has been overlooked. It's been overshadowed by the a greater disaster in Moore."
The American Red Cross along with Trans-Canada teamed together to help feed everyone.
