The University of Oklahoma women's basketball team added another all-state player to its incoming roster, head coach Sherri Coale announced.

Felisha Gibbs, a 6-2 forward from Earle (Ark.) High School, filed a financial aid agreement and will join the Sooners in the fall.

"Felisha is a terrific athlete," Coale said. "She runs well, she is a quick, explosive jumper and she makes impactful plays around the basket. She's a raw basketball player who has a genuine desire to develop her natural gifts."

Gibbs averaged 21 points, 12 rebounds, four blocks and two steals in her senior season, earning all-state honors from the Arkansas Activities Association, which governs high school athletics in the state.

"She wants to learn and grow and she wants to be a part of a program that will push her to excel in all areas," Coale said. "We're excited about Felisha joining our family."

Gibbs joins Midwest City Carl Albert guard Gioya Carter, Northeast guard T'ona Edwards, Shaya Kellogg (Ames, Iowa), and Derica Wyatt (Nashville, Tenn.) as members of OU women's basketball's incoming freshman class, and Peyton Little, a sophomore-to-be who transferred from Texas A&M after the spring semester.
