Owners Asked To Remove Vehicles From Moore Medical Center

Norman Regional Health System is asking that any car owner who may have been parked at the Moore Medical Center during the tornado on May 20, please claim and remove their vehicle.

In order for the demolition and rebuilding efforts of the Moore Medical Center to get underway, dozens of cars still remaining in the parking lot need to be removed immediately.

5/29/2013 Tornado-Damaged Moore Medical Center To Be Demolished

Norman Regional Health System is asking that any car owner who may have been parked at the Moore Medical Center during the tornado on May 20, please claim and remove their vehicle. The Health System also invites any person who is still missing their vehicle and thinks it may have been thrown into the hospital area to take a look in the parking lot as well.

The deadline to pick up vehicles still left on the property will be 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 12. The following morning vehicles will be towed to L&A Wrecker Service, 1315 24th Ave. SW in Norman. An impounding fee will be assessed.

Owners who would like to pick up their vehicles may go to the South gate of the Moore Medical Center site during daylight hours beginning now through Wednesday, June 12 at 8 p.m.

NRHS security will be there to help. For the safety of everyone no vehicles will be removed after sundown or before sunup. Moore Medical Center is located at 700 S. Telephone Road in Moore.
