Choctaw Police Search For Burglar With Bad Sense Of Direction

A bad sense of direction sends a burglary suspect into the wrong Choctaw business.

Around 3 a.m. Thursday, Choctaw Police said someone tried to break into the Country Boy Pharmacy near S.E. 29th Street and Choctaw Road.

The suspect broke into a vacant space in the shopping center and tried going through a wall to get to the pharmacy; but he went through the wrong wall and instead ended up in a physical therapy center.

At that moment, a Choctaw police officer arrived at the shopping center and the suspect took off running into the nearby woods.

A large police perimeter was set up with the assistance of Oklahoma County deputies and police officers from Oklahoma City, Jones, Nicoma Park, Forest Park and Jones.

At last check, officers were still searching for the suspect.

The owners of Physical Therapy Central and Country Boy Pharmacy say this isn't the first time someone has tried breaking into a business at the Woods Plaza shopping center. They hope police soon catch the person or people responsible.
