Cancer Patient's Dog Found, Returned To OKC Home

An Oklahoma City man battling stage four cancer has been reunited with his beloved dog.

Kevin Myhaver and his family thought Shiloh the dog had been stolen when someone broke into their home then ransacked and burglarized the house. Shiloh is Kevin's constant companion and has been by his side during his treatment.

News 9 shared their story Thursday night. Just a few hours later, the Myhavers learned Shiloh wasn't "dognapped." The pet apparently ran from the house when the thieves broke in and hid under a tractor.

Neighbors found Shiloh, and returned her to the Myhavers.
