An Oklahoma City man is facing serious charges after stabbing his friend in the arm after an altercation at a home on the northwest side of the metro, Saturday night.
It happened at a home located at 913 NW 95th St.
According to police, the suspect, Roman Padron, was at his friend's house when a fist fight broke out. Padron lost the fight, but then grabbed a knife and stabbed his friend in the arm.
Padron fled the scene, but was arrested by police a short time later.
The victim, whose identity has not been released at this time, was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Doctors say the victim's life was not in danger. However, the stab wound caused extensive damage to his arm and he risked losing the extremity.
Padron was transported to the Oklahoma County Jail where he is facing a charge of assault with a deadly weapon. Details on a possible bond were not available.
