A woman says she was attacked by the same man who's accused of beating a hotel clerk with a brick and a convenience store clerk with a 2 by 4.
That convenience store clerk is still in the hospital listed in critical condition.
Alicia Spencer says at first police did not take her seriously about the attack. Now she's just glad the man she's convinced did it is behind bars.
Spencer says Donald Earl Frazier Junior is man behind her attack. He went before a judge Monday.
"He popped out of nowhere, pushed me through my door and punched me in the face," she said. "He owned that place and that was his apartment and everything in there was his."
It happened in Apartment 90 at the Country Club Apartments off S.W. 57th Street. Spencer says she still can't believe it happened.
"I fell to the ground, I took off running through the door then he got a hold of my girlfriend, punched her and kicked her in the face," she said.
Spencer says she will never forget the face of her intruder, who took off with her wallet, her ID and her keys. She says he stole her sense of security.
"The investigators, they all thought it was a joke," she said. "They looked at me like I was lying."
But she wasn't, and when she discovered the same man accused of attacking her had been arrested for brutally attacking two other people, she was shocked. She just wishes he could have been kept in jail.
"I don't know how he got out when it happened to me," she said. "They let him out the second day he was in there."
Frazier is now being held on more than $100,000 dollars bond, so it is doubtful he will be getting out this time. We tried to visit with Fraziers' family, but they refused to comment on his arrest.
