The FBI and Sayre Police are searching for a bank robber who forced a teller to fill a fast-food bag with cash.

The robber walked into Interbank at 123 W. Main Street at approximately 4:15 p.m. Thursday. He approached the bank teller and told her to put all the money she had in a McDonald's bag he handed to her. The employee complied and the man left the bank with the money.

The man never indicated he had a weapon, and no one was hurt during the robbery.

The FBI says the robber was a white male, 40 to 50 years of age with gray hair and a medium to heavy build. He was wearing a red and blue baseball cap with "New York" written in white letters on the front. He was also wearing a blue bandana underneath the cap.

Anyone with information about the robbery should call the Oklahoma City FBI Office at (405)290-7770. Callers may remain anonymous.
