Amanda Taylor Saves Child As He Falls Into Mall Fountain

You know how some people are too modest to share something remarkable when it happens to them? That's the case with News 9's Amanda Taylor.

Last Saturday, Amanda took Gage to Northpark Mall for what was supposed to be a quiet afternoon.

Everything was fine, until a little boy had a scary fall.

We obtained surveillance video from inside the mall. In the surveillance video, Gage walked in front of Amanda and the stroller.

Fast forward a few minutes and you see another little boy. He's a 2 year old and was walking on the edge of the fountain when he slipped and fell in.

That's when Amanda jumped in, pulling the boy out of the water to safety and giving him to his Grandmother, who was just a few steps behind Amanda.
