The computer system for Oklahoma state agencies is down Friday after someone inadvertently hit the emergency shut off system.

This will impact all state business, fund systems from treasury, health systems, networking around the capitol, phone systems and most major state applications and websites.

The websites and phone services have been down for about two hours now and officials say all systems will be rebooted.

Officials say the systems and services should be back up Friday evening.

The outage will also delay the state's ability to disburse child support payments to customers until next Tuesday at the earliest, according to the DHS.

DHS released the following statement:

"Shortly after 2 p.m. Friday, Oklahoma Department of Human Services (DHS) staff began receiving broadcast messages that call center telephones and mainframes were being affected by an outage outside of DHS networks. As the hour drew later, it became apparent that a solution was not immediately available and systems could not be brought back up in time to distribute this weekend's regularly scheduled child support payments."
