A 2-month-old baby who went missing from an Oklahoma City hospital has been found safe, Saturday in Dallas, Texas.

A 2-month-old baby who went missing from an Oklahoma City hospital has been found safe, Saturday in Dallas, Texas.

According to Oklahoma City Police spokesperson Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow, the child's grandmother brought the boy to a hospital in Dallas at some time on Saturday morning.

Authorities say an ambulance brought a 2-month-old baby boy along with a woman believed to be his mother to Children's Hospital at the OU Medical Center Complex on Tuesday night.

According to the original police report, the mother said she "laid the baby down on the bed to take a shower" and when she came back to check on him, he was "on his stomach". The report also states she claimed "something was wrong" since the baby would not wake up.

The condition of the baby while at the Dallas hospital has not been released at this time. The child's mother and father remain at large.

No other information is known at this time.
