Man Arrested For Fatally Shooting Brother In OKC

Police have arrested a 25-year-old man accused of shooting his brother to death at an Oklahoma City apartment complex.

Police have arrested a 25-year-old man accused of shooting his brother to death at an Oklahoma City apartment complex.

Police were called to Copperwood Apartments, located at 5800 N.W. 34th Street, on Sunday at approximately 3:30 a.m. They found Michael Chatman, 29, lying in front of an apartment. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses told police Chatman's brother, Adrian, was responsible for the shooting. Officers searched the area and located the 25-year-old suspect a short time later.

Adrian Chatman was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County jail on a complaint of first-degree murder. He's being held without bond.

Police are still investigating the case, and it's not known what led to the shooting.
