A housekeeper at an Oklahoma City hospital says she had to fight off a man who accosted her while she was cleaning the men's bathroom.

The incident happened August 1. The victim told police she was cleaning the restroom near the west entrance of St. Anthony's Hospital when 35-year-old Carlos Hernandez walked in. The woman said she placed a sign by the door and told Hernandez to be careful because she'd just mopped the floors.

The woman said Hernandez suddenly grabbed her and began hugging her. He also kissed her cheeks. The woman told him to leave her alone and tried to push him away, but she said Hernandez maintained a tight grip and refused to let her go.

The woman said she was finally able to break away and run out of the bathroom. She called security, and they located Hernandez sitting in the chapel of the hospital.

When an Oklahoma City police officer questioned Hernandez, he insisted he didn't do anything wrong. He said he merely spoke to the victim, gave her a friendly hug and asked her to go to dinner with him.

The victim told police she wanted to press charges. Hernandez was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County jail on a complaint of sexual battery.
