The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is hoping a $3,000 reward will lead to the arrest and conviction of a suspect in the murders of two men in Hugo.

Agents say on August 4, Dawaylon "Hog" Rainey shot and killed Floyd Clegg, 23, and Qualin Hayden, 19, at an apartment complex. Rainey ran from the scene after the shooting.
