Soper Man Critical After Near Drowning At Hugo Lake

A Soper, Oklahoma, man remains in critical condition after a near drowning accident at Hugo Lake Saturday night.

State troopers say at 6:15 p.m. a boater found 21-year-old Zane Gentry floating 20 feet from shore. His motor craft was found at the shore, still running.

Gentry was taken by helicopter to a hospital, where he remain in critical condition as of Sunday morning.

Authorities are trying to figure out exactly what happened.
