An Oklahoma City man was arrested on Wednesday, accused of a multitude of child sex crimes, including the trafficking of children for sexual purposes.
Oklahoma City Police arrested 44-year-old Dana Duncan, a registered sex offender in OKC, when he showed up to the police department for his weekly check-in.
The investigation was started by the Montana Internet Crimes Against Children task force after investigators determined Duncan had been distributing child pornography from Oklahoma to someone in Montana. From there the case was assigned to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
After his arrest on Wednesday, OSBI agents conducted a search of Duncan's cell phone where they discovered evidence of trafficking and exploitation of children. The case is still under investigation as agents work to determine if any local children were victims in Duncan's alleged crimes.
Duncan was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on the charges of trafficking in children, possession of child pornography, two counts of distributing child pornography, and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
No other information has been released at this time. If you have any information regarding this case, or if you think your child may have been a victim, contact the OSBI immediately.
