The nonprofit organization, bound4glory & beyond Inc., is now collecting prom dresses for the annual free prom dress giveaway.

The annual free prom dress giveaway is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on April 4 at the Boys' & Girls' Club, located at 3535 N. Western.

"Students have a lot to be concerned with when prom season comes around, why not lessen their load by giving a dress in your closet that you may not wear again," bound4glory & beyond Inc. CEO/Founder Regina Roberts said.

This event accepts all sizes and styles of dresses for high school students who might not be able to afford a dress for prom.

"The students are so grateful to not have to stress about finding the perfect dress that costs too much for their budget," Roberts said.

Bound4glory & beyond Inc. is also known for their Back 2 School Bonanza, an event where K-12 students can receive a free haircut for a fresh new school year. They also grant the Anise Scholarship to graduating, single-parent seniors.
