Another Bank Robbery Reported In Norman

Authorities are investigating another bank robbery in Norman, Thursday afternoon.

This robbery occurred at the Chase bank located at 3600 W. Robinson Ave.

Investigators tell News 9 a suspect, who has not yet been described, walked in and demanded cash from a teller. The teller complied and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No gun was shown during the robbery and no one was injured.

This was the third bank robbery in Norman since Monday. A suspect hit the Midfirst bank, located at 3501 W. Robinson Ave. and got away with an undisclosed amount. Later that day, another suspect walked into the Prosperity bank and did the same thing.

Neither the Norman Police Department nor the FBI has said if the robberies are related.
