Sophomore Kelsey Stevens has picked up her second Big 12 Pitcher of the Week honor of the season, the conference announced Tuesday.

The Albuquerque, N.M., native started and won all four of Oklahoma's games last week, throwing three shutouts in the process. She gave up just two runs in 21.0 innings for a 0.67 ERA with 21 strikeouts and seven walks.

In a 2-0 win over Oklahoma State on Wednesday, Stevens allowed just six hits and two walks while striking out eight. Between the fourth and seventh innings, she retired 10 straight batters.

Stevens, who was also named Big 12 Pitcher of the Week on March 11, twirled her second straight shutout in the opener against Kansas as OU won 9-0 in five innings. A leadoff single in the second inning was all that KU could muster as Stevens allowed just one hit with five strikeouts and two walks on 66 pitches.

Stevens saw her scoreless streak stop at 19.0 innings when she gave up a first-inning run to Kansas in game two, but she threw the game's first 4.0 innings with two total runs allowed on three hits with five strikeouts and no walks as the Sooners won 8-3.

The third shutout of the week came in the finale for Stevens, whose record improved to 20-5. She allowed just two hits to go with three strikeouts and three walks as Oklahoma completed the sweep with a 9-1, five-inning victory. After giving up a leadoff single, Stevens settled in and retired the next 10 batters she saw until a one-out walk in the fourth.

Oklahoma has now won five total weekly conference honors from the Big 12. In addition to Stevens' two awards, Kady Self (April 1), Whitney Ellis (March 11) and Destinee Martinez (Feb. 25) have all been named Big 12 Player of the Week.

The five accolades are the most by any Big 12 team this season and Stevens is the only conference player to win multiple awards in 2014.

The Sooners, ranked No. 19/13, return to action this weekend with a three-game series at No. 12/12 Baylor. Friday's first pitch is set for 6:30 p.m.
