A man from Elgin, Oklahoma, was arrested on Thursday after authorities say he offered another man the opportunity to have sex with a four-year-old boy.
According to the Canadian County Sheriff's office, Frankie Tahsequah, 39, was booked into the Comanche County Jail on charges of possession of child pornography and violations of the Computer Crimes Act.
Tahsequah came under suspicion of the OSBI and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, when an internet chat was intercepted where Tahsequah offered an adult male the opportunity to have sex with the boy, according to the Sheriff's office.
Authorities were able to locate and contact Tahsequah in Elgin. During a lengthy interview and examination of a cell phone, investigators determined that Tahsequah was in possession of child pornography, and that he has been actively trading child porn as well.
Tahsequah admitted to authorities that he had possessed the long time fantasy of having a sexual relationship with a small child, but denied ever acting on it.
"These monsters will do anything to fulfill their twisted fantasies, and while Tahsequah denies ever having abused a child, it's only a matter of time until these people act out their fantasy and destroy a child's life," said Randall Edwards, Canadian County Sheriff.
Several agencies, including the Canadian County Sheriff's office, OSBI's Internet Crimes Against Children, investigated the case.
