Crews Respond To 4-Vehicle Accident On I-35

Police said crews responded to a four-vehicle accident on Interstate 35 Thursday afternoon.

The accident occurred on northbound Interstate 35 between 10th and 23rd Streets.  

The interstate was completely blocked, backing up traffic on I-40 WB to Sunnylane and on I-40 EB for at least 3 miles. News 9 pilot Jim Garner said two lanes are now open.

Details surrounding the accident have not been released.
