UPDATE 10 p.m.: Authorities have canceled the Silver Alert issued earlier for an elderly OKC woman who went missing from a local hospital early Sunday morning.

Police say 83-year-old Lucille Kilbourn was found safe in Pottawatomie County late Sunday night.

Police issued the alert for an Oklahoma City woman last seen leaving Mercy Hospital early Sunday morning.

OKC Police say 83-year-old Lucille Kilbourn drove away from the hospital after visiting her husband just before 4:30 a.m. in a blue and tan 2002 Ford F150 pickup with Oklahoma license plate number 848FVT. Police do not have a clothing description.

Authorities say Kilbourn's last known whereabouts, determined by a cell phone ping, was 10 miles south of Lake Tenkiller in Keota, Okla, near S. Creek 4560 and County Road 1240.

According to police, Kilbourn is considered to be under proven medical or physical disability and is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death. It is believed that she has become disoriented and is unable to find her way home.

If you have any information regarding her whereabouts, contact local authorities immediately or dial 911.
